Young Prince Arslan faces hostility from his father and indifference from his mother in the medieval kingdom of Pars, and is eager to learn more about the world. Arslan, despite being surrounded by poverty and slavery, insists on seeing the possibility of a genuine world. Everything changes with the invasion of the neighboring nation of Lusitania to Pars, and Arslan is forced to grow up in an instant.
